Born in the UK, David Wilcox brought his international experience to Australia in 2003, drawn by the pleasure of working with our unique blend of urban activity and pristine nature.

David has since worked on major Australian projects across a range of sectors. He loves the challenge of helping shape new retail spaces, and is an expert in shopping centre development and retail planning, including economic analysis and impacts.

David is also an expert in assessing land use for major retail developments; coordinating infrastructure requirements for urban growth; easing the pain during large-scale development applications; and providing strategic property investment advice. He has worked on the Sydney Metro Northwest retail capacity assessment for Transport for NSW; the Central Coast housing portfolio review for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation; and a retail market analysis for Barangaroo in Sydney.

It’s fantastic to be able to draw on world’s best practice while working on buildings and spaces that combine the best built forms and pristine natural features.
