Andrew Harvey has a solid background in strategic and statutory planning, locally and internationally. He uses this expertise to guide residential, retail, commercial and tourism projects through tricky approvals processes.

Andrew’s customised, research-based approach allows him to present his clients with bespoke solutions to planning problems. His primary focus on planning approval strategies and development advocacy for larger-scale projects is evident in his recent career highlights.

Faced with strict development regulations in Sydney’s CBD, Andrew secured approval for a high-rise tower adjacent to Hyde Park, an adaptive re-use of two heritage-listed sandstone buildings as tourist and visitor accommodation. He has also played a key role in the approval process for several large-scale suburban residential projects.

I am passionate about shaping sustainable built environments. Our buildings and public spaces need to last generations – they must stand the test of time.
