St Hilliers purchased Central Coast Quarter from Government Property in early 2017 and have since been implementing an ambitious master plan, that aligns with their aspirations for a high-quality and iconic response to the site. The project involves a hotel building and two residential towers set over a commercial podium that includes an open-air, publicly accessible through site link.
This development will unlock the full potential of this strategically significant landholding and deliver significant public benefits to the region.
Urbis assisted St Hilliers to engage with the local community, navigate the statutory approval pathway, and manage the iterative design review process set up by the State Government. In late 2020, the Independent Planning Commission approved the master plan development.
