Alex also has extensive knowledge of the student and tourism accommodation, retirement living and aged care sectors throughout Australia.
His recent career highlights include managing the Australian Student Accommodation Indicators research project, which investigated Australia’s capacity to provide affordable, high-quality student accommodation; and The Bays Market Assessment, which provided advice on the development potential of one of Australia’s largest urban revitalisation projects.
