While working in the Real Estate Advisory team at Urbis, Alexandra has been exposed to a wide variety of asset classes including investment grade commercial and industrial valuations, shopping centre valuations, development asserts and student accommodation.
Alexandra’s areas of specialty include valuations for asset reporting and mortgage, real estate advisory and transaction management.
Furthermore, Alexandra has regularly engages on large complex assets which often draw upon the experience of other Urbis teams including Property Economics and Research, Design and Planning, in delivering multi-disciplinary outcomes tailored specifically to the client’s requirements.
