He studied architecture in Colombia, and for 20 years in Australia he’s led countless private and public sector urban design projects – from new suburbs to city downtown renewals, and from the planning of rail lines and railway stations to the creation of business parks.
Carlos has a passion for good places – vibrant, safe, beautiful and viable neighbourhoods. He’s dedicated to helping his clients make places where businesses prosper and people thrive. Highlights include Sydney Science Park, Australia’s first human- scale business park; the renewal of social housing in Telopea; and the master planning for eight of Sydney’s Growth Centre Precincts.
