Sarah Horsfield (nee Emons) has close to 20 years experience in the planning field, with particular expertise in strategic planning, major project facilitation and master planning. She regularly leads multi-disciplinary project teams and is highly experienced in consultation, structure planning, and is also an experienced expert witness in planning panels and VCAT matters.
Sarah has also worked in the Middle East, advising the Dubai Government on city planning strategies to manage development in one of the fastest growing regions in the world.
