Our team is proud to have worked on the Wallan Junction development, at 156 High Street, 143-149 and 151-155 Bentinck Street, Wallan. The commercial development, comprising of a corner service station with five additional retail tenancy offerings to the High Street, was approved by Mitchell Shire Council in December 2021.

Our client envisaged a redevelopment of the Gateway site, adding further amenity for the locality through new local services and improving the landscape environs at the northern gateway to the township of Wallan, and increasing the vibrancy of High Street.

We worked with our client through early engagement with Council officers and local Councillors, engaging closely with neighbours and successfully negotiating various urban design outcomes to deliver all key project outcomes. We were thrilled to see this obtain unanimous support at the Council meeting, and are excited to see construction commence in 2022.

This is a wonderful outcome for the Wallan township, activating and reconnecting the northern gateway to the High street.
