Kris Krpan is an urban planner with more than 15 years’ experience. He has worked on many planning and land development projects in Queensland, and is an expert in complex development applications and planning instruments.
With a thorough working knowledge of the Queensland planning system at local and state levels, Kris gives his clients holistic advice on site acquisition and due diligence, highest and best use, and planning and approval strategies.
Kris’s career highlights include securing planning and environmental approvals as project manager on a number of master planned community projects, managing shopping centre developments across Queensland, and overseeing a number of aged-care and educational projects.
