The client as part of their Network 2020 program identified a need to expand their National Data Centre infrastructure. To action this ambition, a number of sites were required nationally.

They sought to engage a consultant who could provide both Transaction Management and Planning services but more importantly do so on a confidential basis. Two sites have been acquired and settled.

The site identification process involves engaging with the broader market place to identify suitable sites, guide our client on marketing pricing; negotiation with agents/vendors to arrive at an agreement of purchase terms, and an exclusive dealing period to undertake detailed site investigations.

During this Due Diligence process, we engage sub consultants including Environmental, Geotechnical, Survey, Arborist/Flora and Fauna and other specialists and work collaboratively with our client’s external lawyers and project team.
