Jennifer Cooper is a dynamic, ‘can do’ town planner. Years of planning experience and a pragmatic, outcome-focused attitude ensure Jennifer achieves successful outcomes for her clients and their projects.

Her unique skills enable Jennifer to successfully balance the complex interrelationship of the technical, political, commercial and human aspects of challenging proposals. Jennifer is responsible for leading large, multi-disciplinary projects and is called upon as a ‘trusted advisor’ to many of Australia’s leading property developers.

Since joining Urbis in 2000, Jennifer has worked across all industry sectors with particular expertise in the retail and residential infill sectors. She enjoys working closely with her retail clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their centres and provide proactive advice that is relevant to their needs. Jennifer has also gained detailed knowledge from working with social housing providers and the private sector on major residential renewal projects such as Bonnyrigg, Riverwood and Fairwater estate and contributing to the adaptive re-use of iconic heritage-listed properties, including Birkenhead Point and Campbell’s Stores.
