Jess is an urban designer with experience in both the public and private sectors of urban design, landscape architecture and strategic planning. She has a detailed understanding of urban scales and the relationship between built form outcomes, streetscapes and landscape details, and is skilled at moving from a pedestrian to city-wide scale with ease.  

She has experience in infrastructure planning and project management, preparing urban design frameworks, strategies and guidelines, and the design and delivery of public realm / streetscape renewal projects. She also has experience managing community-led projects and integrating community participation into capital works and strategic projects. 

Jess holds a Master of Urban Design from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Environments, majoring in Urban Design and Planning from the University of Melbourne.
