The establishment of an office in Parramatta CBD marks a new chapter for Urbis and underlines our passion and commitment to supporting Western Sydney’s growth.

Planning Director Murray Donaldson will lead the team in Western Sydney, closely supported by Real Estate Advisory Director Russell McKinnon and the broader multi-disciplinary New South Wales team.

Murray Donaldson commented, “It’s an exciting time for Western Sydney with many city-shaping infrastructure projects such as the Western Sydney Airport, Parramatta Light Rail, and West Metro Rail, currently in the pipeline. Significant infrastructure investment and long-term vision will prevent Western Sydney from growing in a haphazard and chaotic manner.

“There exists an enormous opportunity to shape a world-class region, as evidenced by the New South Wales Government, Greater Sydney Commission, local Councils and various private groups’ investment to date. Focusing on Western Sydney’s strengths whilst providing innovative land use and development solutions, will be key to the successful implementation of these plans.”

Urbis Western Sydney is located at Level 5, 80 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.
