Congratulations to the 16 Urbis professionals taking part in this year’s Property Council 500 Women in Property Program

Launching today, International Women’s Day, the program encourages leaders to identify and sponsor emerging female talent in their organisations or business spheres.

Urbis is pleased to again see representation from its Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney offices across diverse disciplines including economics, research, planning, design, transactions and valuations.

Director Jane Kelly, a sponsor in the program, explains: “The momentum the 500 Women in Property program has gained over a short time reflects the industry’s willingness to further improve to facilitate more diverse leadership.

“It gives everyone involved the chance to collaborate and learn – whether it’s about developing in the industry, being an effective mentor or expanding upon your professional network.”

Associate Director Renee Young, one of Urbis’ participants adds, “the 500 Women in Property program provides an opportunity for women in the industry to network and connect with each other, forging strong relationships and assisting both the sponsors and the participants to #PressforProgress.”

Congratulations to our 16 participants and their sponsors:

Urbis and Cistri celebrated International Women’s Day with morning teas around the country and in Singapore. It was a fantastic opportunity to stop and think about how we can all #PressforProgress.
