With over 13 years of experience, specialising in greenfield planning, Rebecca gets great satisfaction from helping to create new communities from the ground up.
Having spent most of her career at a local growth area Council, Rebecca has a strong understanding of planning systems and processes and how to navigate them. Rebecca has been involved in the preparation and implementation of a number of precinct structure plans across Melbourne’s growth corridor and her knowledge of the subdivision process and infrastructure contributions adds value to her client’s projects.
Rebecca is also an active member of the Urban Development Institute Australia (Victoria) Outlook Young Professionals Committee.
Rebecca works on major new communities and greenfield projects including Evans Park Business Village for Avid Property Group, the Arcadia Estate for Satterley and the Amstel Golf Course redevelopment for Brown Property Group.
