As part of the larger Oakdale Industrial Estate, Goodman is currently developing its 70ha Oakdale South Estate located in the logistics hub of Kemps Creek within the Western Sydney Employment Area.
Urbis has been working with Goodman to provide planning input into a range of concept and site specific State Significant Development Applications (SSDA) within the Oakdale Estate. This included a state of the art, national, automotive parts storage and distribution facility for Toyota. The facility will represent Toyota’s primary distribution facility in NSW, with the closure of its existing facility at Woolooware Bay which currently also accommodates its sales and marketing facilities.
Urbis undertook the planning work for the SSDA in close consultation with Goodman, Toyota and the Department of Planning to achieve approval in May 2017.
