The planning, urban design, and property economics services provided to Dexus will work to support the growth of an employment hub that will serve as the major economic foundation within the North West Growth Area (NWGA). The vision sees this hub providing jobs and creating a self-sufficient community within Marsden Park.

The development proposal for 311 South Street was designed in accordance with the State Government’s vision for the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct, earmarked to deliver 10,000 jobs within the NWGA. We assisted with obtaining development consent and approval for the warehousing and distribution estate through the State Significant Development Application planning pathway.

The One-Urbis team collaborated with key stakeholders and government agencies including Blacktown City Council and Transport for NSW to coordinate the delivery of planned infrastructure. The proposal was underpinned by an integrated design response to deliver a warehousing estate within an employment hub that is sympathetic to the surrounding urban interface which characterises the site.

311 South Street, Marsden Park contributes to the delivery of jobs and economic opportunities within Western Sydney and will provide critical employment spaces required for warehousing, distribution, and logistics land uses to locate and operate.

311 South Street will deliver critical employment uses to realise the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct vision as the economic foundation of the NWGA, attracting industries and employment for future residents.
