The report, commissioned by the Property Council of Australia, assesses states and territories on their performance in planning for seniors’ housing. Urbis scores four key planing pillars and a set of performance outcomes.
The Report Card focuses on four key areas of recommendation for reform of planning to deliver better outcomes for the housing needs of older Australians. It provides the Retirement Living Committee and its members with a document they can use when engaging with government at all levels.
