Urbis collaborated closely with AMP Capital to secure approval for a concept master plan and staged development for industrial warehouses across three precincts.
We are continuing to work with AMP to obtain individual precinct development consents including purpose-built facilities to suit specific tenant needs. The site will ultimately accommodate 80,000 sqm of high quality warehouse and ancillary office space, with major tenants including WesTrac, Consentino and Electrolux.
The approvals process required careful consideration of environmental constraints including flooding, biodiversity, bushfire and traffic. Urbis worked with the consultant team to balance the development with the environmental constraints and deliver a successful outcome for the site.
“Crossroads Logistics Centre will be a key asset in AMP’s industrial and logistics portfolio and will deliver superior investment returns for clients and tenants.
