Urbis were engaged by Bravo Global to provide planning advice and progress a development application for a mixed-use scheme in Mascot, Sydney.
The project involves two new residential towers (6 & 8 storeys) and street frontage retail uses. This required a sensitive design to ensure compatibility with surrounding land uses and developments.
Urbis worked collaboratively with the council to overcome issues presented by this highly constrained site. The process involved a predevelopment approval meeting, two Design Review Panels, and several design iterations.
The scheme was approved by the Eastern City Planning Panel in July 2019.
“The proposal will create new high amenity residencies contained within a well-landscaped setting, which will contribute to the growing community in Mascot.
