Julia Dickson is an experienced town planner and one of Urbis’s foremost experts in developing new communities.

Since joining Urbis as a planning assistant, she has grown her client base to include key players in the education and community development sectors. As a leader in new community development, Julia provides advice throughout the timeline of each project she touches – from preparing precinct structure plans to managing post-permit approval processes and building stakeholder support.

During her time at Urbis, Julia has worked on a number of large, high-profile projects, including the Upper Point Cook development, which comprises approximately 1,800 dwellings and associated community infrastructure.
