Jennifer brings over 20 years’ planning experience and a pragmatic, outcome-focussed attitude to benefit her clients and their projects. Her unique skills enable her to successfully balance the inter-relationship of the technical, political, commercial and human aspects of challenging proposals.

She provides strategic advice to clients across NSW, navigating complex planning frameworks to identify planning opportunities and risks and deliver clear recommendations to optimise project outcomes. Jennifer manages large multi-disciplinary teams, providing expert guidance and facilitating the preparation of high-quality planning applications and submissions.

Jennifer has a detailed knowledge and expertise from dealing with large-scale employment-generating development that strengthen our economy. She is Urbis’ planning representative on the PCA NSW Industrial Committee and regularly presents to clients and industry regarding employment trends and planning reforms, including State significant development.

Jennifer also has extensive experience with mixed-use development projects, which benefit and enliven our communities. She has a comprehensive understanding of the environmental, economic and social impacts that need to be addressed for sites with sensitive interfaces, ranging from iconic harbourside locations through to greenfield residential areas.
