Andrew Kinnaird is an experienced valuer, recognised for his commercial insight and clear advice. He has valued all major real estate asset classes for more than 15 years – and his areas of specialisation includes new community and major infill residential developments and expert advice for compulsory acquisition and development contribution plan matters.

He acts for a wide range of clients at Urbis and advises on all aspects of valuation – including compensation assessments, asset and mortgage valuations, development contribution plans and rating and taxation.

His career highlights include giving expert evidence to the Punt Road Public Acquisition Overlay Authority Committee, expert advice to the Wyndham North Planning Panel about Valuation Methodology for Development Contribution Plans; and preparing detailed compensation assessments for some 35 owners affected by the Regional Rail Link project in Melbourne’s west.

Andrew is a certified practising valuer in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, and a licensed valuer in Western Australia.
