Urbis secured development approval, and a subsequent amendment, for Perth’s first major non-campus student accommodation facility.
At the northern edge of the CBD, the Stirling Street Student Tower with 571 beds, will boost the City of Perth’s 26,000 person population by 2% in a single hit. Residents will be provided with curated studying spaces, and extensive recreation and leisure opportunities.
Working closely with the architects, client and City, Urbis was able to secure over 25% of bonus plot ratio, and built form concessions.
The development is further evidence of inner Perth’s transformation and Urbis’ commitment to partner with clients who are driving this change.
