Urbis has facilitated approval of essential digital infrastructure in central Perth – connecting Perth to Asia and beyond.
Our team provided planning and landscape design services for the P2 Data Centre – the largest of its kind in WA and connected directly to Singapore via an undersea cable, and with an attached major office tower.
Urbis has secured planning approval, working collaboratively with the City of Perth on the unique design requirements of a data centre.
Urbis’ involvement began prior to site acquisition and is ongoing. Urbis gained a variety of early approvals to enable construction to commence prior to main approval. The project was designed for Tier IV Uptime Institute Certification.
