Urbis obtained planning approval from the Central Sydney Planning Committee for the Ovo building, a mixed use development on Site 5 in the Green Square Town Centre.
Ovo, the tallest tower at Green Square Town Centre, is a 28-storey ellipsoid-shaped tower, located on the corner of Bourke and Ebsworth Street. It is home to more than 600 residents.
This iconic building has transformed the skyline of the suburb of Zetland and is the result of extensive planning and collaboration.
Urbis provided planning support during the architectural design competition and prepared the development application.
