Over several years, Urbis’ planning team supported the implementation of Stockland’s vision, which will include three A-grade commercial office buildings designed by renowned architectural firms 3XN (Denmark) and CHROFI (Sydney), supported by a data centre, new public pedestrian link and generous public open space.
This project signals the new era of commercial development in Macquarie Park, with active ground plane uses, new open space and improved connectivity, which combine to create a next generation workplace environment.
