We have been delighted to assist our clients in securing planning approval for both the Evans Court “townhomes” (refurbishments and extensions) in an ongoing capacity, as well as for an extension and refurbishment approval to the original “Windarring” dwelling at 2 Glyndebourne Avenue.

The original Windarring residence was built in the 1920s, whilst the original townhomes were built in the 1970s. 

The refurbishments and extensions have all been designed by FGR Architects, transforming the dwellings into luxury, modern residences with an entertainment focus. Complementing the designs have been landscaping by Paul Bangay Garden Design.

The project has involved multiple permit applications and revisions due to revised title boundaries, heritage sensitivities and changing owner requirements as the project has evolved. We have successfully led the planning process, delivering multiple planning permits and various amended versions of endorsed drawings.

We were thrilled to work with FGR Architects and our clients to deliver approval for six luxury homes.
