He applies this philosophy and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Victorian planning system to help property companies gain approval for medium and high-rise mixed-use developments in the CBD and Melbourne. He is also an expert in land rezoning and provides strategic policy advice to the public and private sectors.
Andrea gained his experience working in private consulting and in local government, and has appeared at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Planning Panels Victoria as both an advocate and planning expert.
Andrea’s peak projects include helping gain planning approval for Fragrance Group’s landmark Premier Tower in Melbourne; upgrade works to the state significant Brunswick Terminal Station and the Melbourne Metro Rail Project.
