Cleveland Village has been designed to respond to the changing retirement market in the Redlands. This development will provide a best-in-class example of modern retirement living.
Designed by Thomson Adsett, this retirement community will provide 200 new homes specifically designed to meet the needs of older Australians. The design seeks to ensure that the new residences are close to shared recreation areas and outdoor green space, to encourage resident interactions and build a strong sense of community.
Urbis was pleased to work closely with Redlands City Council to implement a planning strategy that allowed the final design to be fast-tracked and approved quickly. This will ensure the project can be built and delivered promptly to meet the growing need for retirement housing in Cleveland.
