The Halcyon Nirimba clubhouse on the Sunshine Coast is a prime example of how landscape architecture can enhance the living experience for residents while also promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility. Stockland required design assistance on delivering an outstanding master-planned community with a quality clubhouse that offers an abundance of facilities for its’ residents. A clubhouse that keeps them active and socially connected.

The new Halcyon Nirimba clubhouse is the beating heart of the new over 50’s residential community and a place where homeowners can enjoy all the social, wellness, active, and creative spaces on offer whilst connecting with family and friends. A modern take on the traditional Queenslander, the community-focused, state of the art clubhouse includes sweeping outdoor verandas; heated swimming pool, spa and gym; productive gardens, pickleball and bocce courts, firepit, and a bowling green.  The alfresco entertaining area completes the space with a communal kitchen, pizza oven and barbeque facilities providing the perfect place to connect with family and friends.

Outdoor amenities are integrated into the landscape, encouraging a strong connection with nature, and prioritising natural light and ventilation for maximum comfort.

Our design team provided a high quality design that services both the indoor and outdoor environment of the clubhouse. The design integrates outdoor living and social spaces with sustainable practices and native plant species, creating a stunning and engaging environment for residents to connect with.
