In 2010, Urbis used its retail economics and consumer research expertise and extensive knowledge of Singapore’s retail market to provide Lend Lease with turnover and income forecasts for the shopping centre 313@Somerset.
Urbis has since provided ongoing advice to Lend Lease regarding the property, including consumer research and market assessments.
