Tim is passionate about developing solutions to complex city shaping problems and projects. He does this based on his intimate knowledge of the development sector, the local economic landscape and global trends and best practice benchmarks.
Given his background in economic development and commercial advisory, Tim is an urban economics lead at Urbis.
He has worked on many significant redevelopment and new community projects and is the incumbent advisor for major developers – helping to position projects as exemplars and support their delivery.
Tim is a trusted government advisor. He regularly authors and advises on government policy and investment decisions and authors state-significant strategies and investment plans. Tim also prepares business cases, cost benefit assessments and options assessments and undertakes commercial advice such as feasibility assessments, market sounding and due diligence for government-led infrastructure and urban development projects.
