Stephanie is a Certified Practising Valuer within the Urbis Economics & Property team.  Her diverse experience spans a broad range of asset classes, with specialist knowledge of the residential sector.

Her strengths lie in providing valuation advice for a range of purposes including compensation and litigation, feasibility analysis, due diligence, social and affordable housing matters and Development Contribution Plans.

Stephanie has consulted to various international, private and public sector companies and individuals across real estate, financial services, not-for-profit, legal and government sectors.

Past projects include:

  • Valuation advice and feasibility modelling for the City of Darebin Affordable Housing study, in collaboration with Urbis’ Design and Planning teams.
  • Various Compulsory Acquisition and Compensation valuations – OSARS, Level Crossing Removal Project, Mickleham Road Project and several pipelines.
  • Compensation assessments under the P&E Act 1987 relating to financial loss on sale and permit refusal.
  • Due diligence acquisition valuations of various greenfield and infill residential sites, including proposed Victorian Government School sites.
  • Development Contribution Plan valuations across several of Melbourne’s growth areas on behalf of local Councils.
