Simon joined Urbis in 2024 to lead the national industrial Valuation & Advisory team in providing the highest quality valuation and advice to our leading institutional, private investor and mortgage clients.
He is an industry expert across Sydney’s metropolitan industrial markets, in particular north, south, south-west and western Sydney.
Simon has 24 years experience in the property valuation industry; during this time he has undertaken valuations in all classes of real property for various purposes.
