His proficiency in development feasibility spans build-to-sell apartments and townhouses, greenfield residential land subdivisions, boarding houses, co-living and build-to-rent projects.

With strong analytical skills, Jerome adeptly evaluates development scenarios and specialised residential properties, providing clear and concise project-specific insights. His valuation modelling capabilities, utilising Estate Master, Forbury and custom Excel models, enable him to deliver tailored consultancy advice on a wide range of property matters.
