James White is a Senior Research and Strategic Knowledge Consultant with over ten years’ professional experience working across a range of industries and roles in Ireland, United Kingdom and NSW.

He specialises in strategic and policy advisory work in urban planning. James’ breadth of experience in public, private and not for profit sectors lends to his in-depth knowledge of the machinery of government, interpretation of legislation and policy analysis.

He has held roles in advocacy and has navigated and advised on complex policy reforms across all levels of government for peak industry bodies both in NSW, nationally and internationally.

Since relocating to Australia in 2014, James has gained a comprehensive understanding of the NSW statutory and strategic planning systems and various planning approval pathways. He has demonstrated an ability to quickly understand, critique and communicate wide ranging policy and legislative reforms to multiple audiences.
