Graham is Queensland’s leading hotel, gaming and going concern valuer.

During his career, Graham has developed and honed his knowledge and skills in the going concern real estate sectors and has extensive metropolitan and regional experience.

Graham’s focus is primarily going concern assessments of licensed venues with liquor and gaming (Pubs and Clubs) as well as student accommodation (PBSA), accommodation hotels, motels, caravan parks, backpacker accommodation, golf courses and childcare centres. 

Over the past five years, Graham has undertaken numerous rental determinations of hotels and child care centres, as well as providing rent submissions of specialised assets.

Graham brings an extensive technical and market capability to Urbis, as well as leadership, coaching and mentoring skills developed in his earlier career.

Using the collective experience and capability of Urbis allows me to deliver more informed and considered advice to clients in their investment decision making process.
