Emie is an experienced project manager and advisor with 10 years’ experience in city and precinct strategy, real estate advisory and property valuation. This experience, applied with her passion for sustainable development and transformative urban renewal, enables her to provide integrated and future focused advice.

Emie has a depth of practical experience in large-scale precinct strategy and delivery within the context of a transformative, state-significant infrastructure project. This 18-month role, which included a secondment into the client team, involved project managing multidisciplinary teams within a complex stakeholder environment. Equipped with a multi-layered appreciation for navigating uncertainty and competing interests, Emie is experienced in managing project risks and challenges with political acumen.

Emie has also provided advice relating to investment strategy and asset optimisation within knowledge and innovation precincts for an investment company with over $14bn of assets under management, advised on the strategic positioning for a multi-billion dollar state government urban renewal project and provided advice on an economic development strategy for a regional employment and innovation cluster. She has also prepared successful business cases for $145m worth of local infrastructure and delivered social and economic impact analysis’ at a precinct-scale.
