Balazs is an experienced heritage consultant and archaeologist. His specialised skills comprise heritage management and archaeology, including strategic advice, Aboriginal community consultation, Aboriginal cultural heritage assessments, due diligence assessments, field surveys, test and salvage excavations, and artefact analysis.
With over 17 years’ experience in archaeology and cultural heritage management across Australia and Eastern Europe, Balazs has significant experience in managing of Aboriginal cultural heritage resources and contributing to historical heritage projects for a wide range of clients in New South Wales and Victoria.
He has delivered extensive heritage services on various scales of residential and large-scale mining and infrastructure projects in the Sydney Basin, the Mid-Western Region and Hunter Valley.
