Situated in the heart of Parramatta on Darug Country sits Western Sydney University’s Engineering Innovation Hub, a state-of-the-art building providing high quality educational opportunities, community partnerships, world-class research expertise, and the new workspace for our Western Sydney team.
Urbis first established a presence in Parramatta in 2019 to be a part of the Western Sydney community in recognition of the significant growth in our activity across the region. With our expanding team, many from Western Sydney, we soon outgrew our space.
We are excited to now call the Engineering Innovation Hub home demonstrating our long-term commitment to Parramatta CBD and the region. The model of industry partnerships integrated within vertical campuses in the heart of city centres is a pillar of the university’s Western Growth strategy. This is familiar to Urbis, having assisted the University on their new Liverpool City and Bankstown City vertical campuses.
