As lead advisers on city and community-shaping opportunities, the Urbis business continues to go from strength to strength. This success is reflective of the collaborative dynamism of our unique multi-disciplinary team, expertly guided by bold leadership.

Effective 1 July, we are delighted to announced that Princess Ventura succeeds David Hoy as Regional Director of NSW.

Urbis Chief Executive Officer, Ben Pollack, expressed his enthusiasm about the appointment. “This year marks the start of an exciting new era for Urbis’ NSW offices. In April, the team moved into two superb new workspaces, and now, we welcome a new NSW Regional Director – Princess Ventura. Princess follows David Hoy who, over his tenure, steered the NSW business to its position of success today, including expanding our presence with a permanent office in Western Sydney.

“Throughout her career, Princess has demonstrated a discerning market awareness and an unwavering focus on seeking new opportunities to work with clients. Her energetic leadership will support the continued application of Urbis’ distinctive multi-disciplinary expertise to complex city and community-shaping challenges.”

I look forward to continuing to leverage our 'One Urbis' integrated approach to helping clients solve problems, nurturing our innovative, diverse and inclusive culture, and using our team's unique talents to contribute to the community.

David remarked, “My time as Regional Director has been a fantastic experience and I’m delighted to be welcoming Princess into the role. I now look forward to refocusing my responsibilities as Director with the Urban Planning team.”
