Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 has been amended today to allow opportunity for increased Floor Space Ratio (FSR) and Building Heights in the Macquarie Park Corridor.
The provisions only apply when a developer enters into a voluntary agreement with Council to deliver or contribute to local road and/or park infrastructure.
The Macquarie Park Corridor, bounded by the M2, Epping Road, and Delhi Road, is a significant Sydney precinct contributing to global economic development.
This is a long awaited change to the Macquarie Park planning controls which now provides some certainty for the investment and development community.
