Urbis is pleased to announce the appointment of Director Fraser Bentley, one of Australia’s most experienced and insightful valuers.
A specialist in property valuations across the commercial sector, Fraser has an unparalleled knowledge of the Queensland market, in particular the Brisbane CBD and Near City office markets.
With extensive expertise in the valuation of data centres, his arrival broadens Urbis’ service provision to clients through our increased capability in this rapidly advancing sector where we are seeing significant growth from our clients.
Through Fraser’s appointment, and the expertise of Ben Koops in Melbourne and Lester Alvis in Sydney, Urbis is also now able to offer clients full Eastern seaboard coverage in the commercial office markets with dedicated specialists in each market.

With over 20 years’ experience in the valuation industry, Fraser’s skills and perceptive judgments have been pivotal in many projects for clients including the Queensland Government, GPT, Lendlease, DEXUS, Charter Hall, Brookfield, ISPT, Challenger, AMP , Mirvac and the major banks.
While he is based in Urbis’ Brisbane office, Fraser will service clients across Australia. He joins the firm from JLL, where he was Head of Valuations and Advisory in Queensland.
