Ben Koops draws on years of experience in London and Melbourne to deliver expert valuation and consultancy services for investment-grade commercial office properties in CBD and metropolitan markets.

Ben’s areas of speciality span asset reporting, acquisition valuations, project feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and leasing advice and submissions. In delivering these services, he often works closely with other teams at Urbis – such as Economics and Market Research, and Planning – to get a varied perspective on the task at hand, the client’s requirements and the broader market.

Ben has advised on dozens of projects in and around Melbourne. Although he has consulted for some of the biggest firms in the industry and excels in advising on large-scale projects, he also enjoys working at the boutique end of the spectrum, on projects that require him to address complex issues and context-specific requirements.
