Naomi Daley is an experienced Urban Planner who specialises in statutory planning and development approval facilitation for the retail, commercial, leisure, residential and government sectors.

Before joining Urbis in 2003, Naomi worked in local government, where she developed project management and relationship-building skills, and an understanding of the regulatory environment. Naomi’s work across the planning process includes due diligence, planning advice and preparing major proposals.

Recent career highlights include The Quay Haymarket and a hotel and residential tower in Sydney’s CBD. She also worked on the approval process for various childcare centres, for multiple projects for UNSW, for the City of Sydney’s food truck rollout, and for club and hotel redevelopments, including the Revesby Workers’ Club and Dee Why RSL Club.

I find great satisfaction in navigating the complexities of a site, and in fostering the good relationships needed to achieve the desired urban development outcome.
