Urbis has been working with Scentre Group for several years to facilitate the biggest centre transformation Perth will ever see – with Westfield Innaloo to be reinvented as Westfield Stirling.
This area is substantially constrained in relation to traffic, and Urbis was able to negotiate a series of external traffic upgrades and public transport contributions to allow the project to proceed.
As the catalyst for the Stirling City Centre, the project has high expectations from authorities – and mutually agreeable outcomes in relation to design, activation and car parking have all been achieved.
Urbis has also been able to streamline and modify a range of conditions through amendment processes to reduce barriers to commencement.
