Urbis is currently working with St Leonard’s College on a Performing Arts and Senior School redevelopment.
We have worked closely with the school to help it develop a solid working relationship with Bayside City Council. Through early consultation with Council and neighbours, we are facilitating an efficient planning application process.
We also assisted the college with planning approval for their Learning Futures Project.
