Our team obtained planning approval for a mixed use tower in South Melbourne, designed by Hayball.
The large site had four street frontages with one leading to Kings Way, challenging our new planning framework.
We overcame these new planning controls by utilising the uniqueness of the site to obtain support for reduced setbacks. We also leveraged on our strong relationship with Council officers to settle without a VCAT hearing.
