Urbis was commissioned to develop an evaluation framework for SafeWork NSW’s Mentally Healthy Workplaces Strategy.
The project involved a comprehensive review and synthesis of a vast number of background documents, identification of evidence for the Strategy’s outcomes, and completion of data-mapping between the required evidence and available data sources.
The final framework will support SafeWork NSW to measure the performance of their Strategy with meaningful and robust evidence.
